At Harvey Nash we specialise in Digital & Technology recruitment, and the war for talent has never been so hard fought in that space. Counter offers, huge salary inflation and the rise of fully remote jobs is meaning competition is fierce – both for our clients and Harvey Nash when we recruit for ourselves.
Candidates can be demanding – whether it’s fully remote, a high salary, a role with purpose or flexibility they call the shots and employers are struggling to keep up with the change and disruption. Our role is about more than matching CV’s to jobs – it’s now more than ever about holistically advising clients on absolutely every aspect of attraction and retention.
